Two-component rigid polyurethane system formulated in-region for continuous sandwich-panel production. Reactivity profile, core density and thermal conductivity are tuned to line speed and Gulf-climate cure conditions, with documentation issued per batch.

Polyol blend: 220 kg drums or 1,000 kg IBC. Isocyanate: 250 kg drums. Repackaging to project quantities available through the Kuwait and RAKEZ facilities. Store 15–25 °C, dry, out of direct sun; shelf life 6 months in original sealed packaging.
Industrial use only. Read the Safety Data Sheet before handling; isocyanate component requires respiratory protection during transfer. SDS issued with every delivery and available in the Resource Centre.
