The recipients of the 2023 Royal Conservatory Certificate Program awards have been determined. Students from all over the state — and country — prepared and tested for their respective RCM levels. The highest exam marks statewide are determined by Royal Conservatory of Music examiners who travel nationwide, providing feedback on piano technique and repertoire mastery.
